What is "Design-Build"?
Design-Build (D/B) is a method, a process. A client selects a remodeling team who’s values align with theirs and whom they feel, through referrals and personal contact, that they can trust. The client and the D/B firm work together to design spaces or changes to spaces that suit their individual needs, wants, personal tastes, and budget. The D/B firm takes all the client’s input and it’s own expertise and delivers a design that delivers the perfect solution. It's a win-win approach that really works.
Our History:
Wallner Builders was founded in 1975 by Leo Wallner as one of the first Design/Build Remodeling firms in Milwaukee. The business grew by focusing on excellence for a significant clientele. Ron Klassen purchased the business in 2003, committed to building on the excellence of the past while incorporating the technical and technological enhancements of today – a disposition we intend to continue into the future. . .
