An addition to a Wauwatosa, WI client’s home honored with a WBA "Cut Above" Remodeler Award for Residential Additions of any Value.
Exterior Remodels:
A Brookfield client, for whom Wallner Builders performed an exterior facelift involving a front portico and a re-configured side deck, received a NARI Regional CotY (Contractor of the Year) Award for Residential Exteriors under $100,000. This was the third consecutive year a Wallner Builders client received the 8-state regional CotY award.

Wis. Dept. of Health Services grants Wallner Builders Lead-Safe Renovator Certificate. See The DHS Lead-Safe Company Database
Jason Lemm, Wallner Builders Production Manager, certified in Lead-Safe practices under the EPA "RRP" rules (Renovation, Repair, and Painting). The training required for certification allows us to remove or reduce lead hazards in clients’ homes for greater peace of mind. The Wisconsin DHS (Dept. of Health Services) rules took effect April 22, 2010, affecting homes built prior to 1978. See Lead-Safe Wisconsin or call us for more information.
