Ron Klassen – Principal and Lead Designer

A graduate of the University of Notre Dame with a degree in Electrical Engineering, Ron loves a design challenge. Always seeking knowledge and the best design for each project, his clients benefit from improved function in a timeless style while maximizing the return on investment.

Dedicated to the betterment of the building industry and it’s impact on homeowners, Ron serves as Vice Chair of the Remodeler’s Council and is engaged in the Building Codes Committee at the Metropolitan Builders Association (MBA). He is also actively involved at the Milwaukee chapter of the National Association for the Remodeling Industry (NARI) participating in the Certification Committee.

Carol Klassen – Client Service

The pleasant voice of Wallner Builders, Carol becomes acquainted with remodeling projects at inception. Always cheerful and willing to help, Carol provides Wallner Builders’ clients with full service support. Long after the construction sign has come down, Carol remains involved with Wallner Builders clients ensuring satisfaction and maintaining relationships.

Jason Lemm – Field Service

Intimately involved with clients, Jason manages every remodeling project from demolition through completed construction. He’s the guy who “gets it done.” Strategically coordinating trade partners to complete each remodeling project to perfection; on time.

Jason was schooled in the trade of heating and air conditioning but later moved to carpentry. His experience is not limited to – in fact it far exceeds – any single aspect of residential construction and home remodeling.
